Attending the Conference

When: Friday, February 24th through Sunday, February 26th. The conference will commence on Friday evening and end on Sunday afternoon.

Where: Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois (50 miles NW of Peoria, 195 miles SW of Chicago) Map of Galesburg, Campus Map

Cost: In order to encourage participation, Knox’s Students Against Sexism in Society will be subsidizing the cost of the conference to keep admission affordable. The cost is $15.00 per person. Includes all events, lodging, and food. Does not include travel. Checks are greatly preferred, and may be mailed with registration form, or guests may pay at the door.

Room/Board arrangements: Guests will stay in residence halls, on-campus houses or apartments with Knox students. All meals will be taken in the Knox cafeteria, local Galesburg restaurants, and in Knox’s Human Rights Center.

Travel: Students may drive to Galesburg, or use the airports in Peoria and Moline. There is also an Amtrak station in Galesburg. Rides from these airports and train station are available upon request. Directions by Car, Directions by Train, By plane,
