Bruce Kuhn, Broadway actor, will perform his own staged dramatic reading, "The Gospel of Luke," on Friday, Feb. 28, Saturday, March 1, and Sunday, March 2, at 7 p.m. in Kresge Recital Hall, Ford Center for Fine Arts at Knox College. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. Tickets are available at the door or in advance from the Student Activities Office, Seymour Union (341-7303).
Kuhn, a native of New York, has appeared in several Broadway and off-Broadway shows including Les Miserables and Chess. He has a master of fine arts degree from the University of Washington, where he has taught stage combat and fencing.
The event is sponsored by the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship of Knox College.
Founded in 1837, Knox is an independent, four-year, liberal arts college, located in Galesburg, Illinois, with 1,100 students from 42 states and 33 nations. Knox's "Old Main," a National Historic Landmark, is the only building remaining from the 1858 Lincoln-Douglas debates.
