The Knox College Women's Chorale will perform its Spring Concert, at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 11, in Kresge Recital Hall, Ford Center for the Fine Arts, Knox College, Galesburg, Illinois. The concert is free and open to the public.
The chorale will perform Renaissance, folk and contemporary music, both a cappella and with accompaniment. Marisa Sengstock will be the featured soloist in the spiritual "All My Trials."
Chorale members are Kara Benton, Jessica Brumley, Jacqueline Corry, Helen Kilian, Christin Kjelland, Emma Rowe, Sarah Schantz, Marisa Sengstock, and Sally Wiget. The chorale is directed by Tim Pahel, a member of the music faculty at Carl Sandburg College, and the accompanist is Jessica Brumley.
