Knox College students will discuss their research projects at 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday, through Sept. 2, in Wilson House, 182 W. South St., on the Knox campus in Galesburg, Illinois. The talks, which are free and open to the public, are part of the Summer Science Seminar Series. Upcoming talks are:

Julian MacDonald "Song Rate and Male Quality of Indigo Buntings." A graduate of Eaglecrest High School, Aurora, Colorado, MacDonald is the son of Diane Prosser, Patchogue, New York.
Founded in 1837, Knox is a national liberal arts college in Galesburg, Illinois, with students from 48 states and 40 nations. Knox's "Old Main" is a National Historic Landmark and the only building remaining from the 1858 Lincoln-Douglas debates.
