Knox College's Spring Dance Concert will be held 7:30 pm, Friday and Saturday, May 11 and 12, in Harbach Theater, Ford Center for the Fine Arts, on the Knox campus in Galesburg, Illinois. Admission is $5 for the general public and free for Knox students.
The concert will feature works choreographed and performed by Knox College students and faculty, as well as a piece choreographed by Billy Siegenfeld, the artistic director of the Jump Rhythm Jazz Dance Project, a Chicago-based professional jazz dance company.
Founded in 1837, Knox is an independent, four-year, liberal arts college in Galesburg, Illinois, with 1,220 students from 47 states and 41 nations. Knox's "Old Main" is a National Historic Landmark and the only building remaining from the 1858 Lincoln-Douglas debates.
