The Pulitzer Prize winning play, "How I Learned to Drive," will be performed at 7:30 p.m., Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 9 Ð 11 in the Studio Theatre, Ford Center for the Fine Arts, Knox College, Galesburg, IL. The performance is free and open to the public.
Written by Paula Vogel, the play describes the romantic relationship between a young woman and her uncle. Knox student, Shannon Latimer, directs the performance. The cast includes Ross Kelly, Megan Clair, Rob St. Clair, Anya Garten, and Katy Biver. The production crew is Rachel Sypniewski, Jon Havercamp, Ben Kulp, Dave Urlakis, Melissa Moster, and Aaron Saylor.
Founded in 1837, Knox is an independent, four-year, liberal arts college in Galesburg, Illinois, with 1,220 students from 47 states and 41 nations. Knox's "Old Main," a National Historic Landmark, is the only building remaining from the 1858 Lincoln-Douglas debates.
