The Educational Plan

 

Guides for the plans:   The form and content of the Educational Plan is worked out between advisor and advisee, with approval in the hands of the advisor.  There is no official form.  See the Chapter on "Your Educational Plan" in Academic Knox for one suggested version.  And here's another version, generated in a ShopTalk discussion in January 2004.  You can view it as an html document, or download it as a Word document, and then adapt as you wish.
