Catch follows a blind submissions process. All work must be submitted with a cover sheet. To ensure that only work from Knox students and recent alumni is included, we cannot accept anonymous submissions. The Organizational Editors are responsible for assigning a code to each submission. The Organizational Editors have no voice in decisions to accept or reject any given piece. Section Editors and the Editors-in-Chief receive the submission only after it has been made anonymous by the Organizational Editors. All editorial decisions are made at meetings between the Editors-in-Chief and Section Editors. Editors are permitted to submit creative work only to those sections over which they have no editorial influence. In all cases we attempt to preserve anonymity throughout the selection process; however, there is no way to guarantee 100% blind submissions. Therefore, professional discretion is upheld at all times and all submissions are treated as anonymous. All submissions are acknowledged with acceptance or rejection letters as promptly as possible.
